CHELSEA BARRETT – transaction coordinator
Chelsea is our very own in-house transaction manager. With a rich background as an assistant, coordinator, and a deep understanding of escrow, Chealsea understands the many facets of our business. Assisting us through every step of the transaction process, she remains an indelible part of our team.
DEMETRIUS SHAW – graphic designer
With 20 years in marketing and graphic design, Demetrius consistently executes flawless work. His precision and expertise with Photoshop, Indesign, Quarkexpress, Illustrator, etc….make him an asset to the team.
JESSICA ABU-GHATTAS – social media

An expert social media marketer, Jessica employs a unique plan to promote each listing on a variety of platforms — including Facebook,Twitter,Youtube, Pinterest and Google+. She combines her keen sense for strong content and knowledge of real estate to cultivate relationships with potential buyers and ensure your property will gain maximum exposure on these social platforms. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Pepperdine University, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the student newspaper and magazine. Prior to joining the EwingSIR team, she worked at a boutique agency creating social media campaigns for major motion pictures.
