Sam Pompeo, Estate Agent at Ewing & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty, specializes in representing both buyers and sellers of residential real estate properties throughout the Greater San Fernando Valley, Conejo Valley and the Los Angeles area.
With 26 years of industry experience, Sam is a proactive, results-oriented agent with proven success. He has guided his clients through more than 1,500 real estate transactions in both appreciating and depreciating markets.
Sam’s instinctive ability to see both sides of the transaction and find equitable and smart solutions for all parties has resulted in primarily repeat and referral business. He has been consistently recognized as being among the top producing agents in the industry. Prior to joining the real estate profession, Sam worked at Xerox as an electronic engineer. Sam has an extensive background in construction and an acute eye for the aesthetics.
Sam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electronic engineering from California State University, Northridge. A 50-year Valley resident, Sam currently resides in Calabasas with his son.
